Ham & Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients

• 7 oz Bag Riviera Blend or Spring Mix Salad
• 8 oz Package John Morrell Diced, Cubed, Or Julienne Ham
• 1 Ripe pear, halved and thinly sliced
• 1/4 c Candied walnuts
• 1/2 c Bleu cheese, crumbled
• Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing

Directions

Empty Riviera Blend into large salad bowl. Add John Morrell Ham. Top with pears and walnuts. Toss with dressing. Sprinkle with Bleu cheese crumbles.
