Hearty Open-Faced Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 4 large slices hearty whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 1/3 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced and patted dry
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Spread each toast slice with 1/3 cup of cottage cheese.
  2. Top each with the avocado and tomato. Sprinkle with the sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
