1. Stir hushpuppy mix, water, and hot sauce together.
2. Fold in pork and jalapeno. Let sit for 20-30 minutes.
3. Shape batter in small balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
4. Deep fry at 350F for 1 ½ – 2 minutes.
