2 cups grilled or cooked chicken chopped (2 or 3 chicken breast)
½ – 1 cup mayonnaise
1 stalk celery chopped
1 green onion diced
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
pepper to taste
1 or 2 sliced avocados
Directions
Grill or cook chicken breasts
Chop chicken, celery and green onion
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill or toast buns (brioche is especially good)
Top with sliced avocado if desired
Makes 4 sandwiches
