Baked Homemade Chicken Wings

Serves 4 as an appetizer

Time: 45-55 min

Ingredients

Wings

  • 1 Lb Bone-In Wings
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Parsley (as desired)
  • Grated Parmesan (as desired)
  • 3 Carrots
  • 3 Celery Stalks
  • Ranch Dressing (as desired)

Wing Sauce

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Pepper

Directions

  1. Put the wings in a large bowl and add baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, lemon pepper, chili powder, yellow mustard, and olive oil. Mix together.
  2. Place the wings on parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
  3. Cut the carrots and celery into sticks and set aside.
  4. In a small saucepan add the butter, honey, garlic powder, chili powder, and lemon pepper and bring to a light boil.
  5. Pour the wing sauce over the cooked wings and mix together. Top with parmesan and parsley. Serve with carrots, celery, and ranch dip.
