Cool Ranch Coleslaw

Ingredients

• ½ head green cabbage thinly sliced, (about 6 cups)
• ¼ cup red bell pepper
• ¾ cup Hidden Valley^® Original Ranch^® dressing
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 3 stalks celery finely chopped

Directions

• STEP 1 – In a large bowl, whisk together the dressing and the sugar until well blended.
• STEP 2 – Add the remaining ingredients and toss until well coated. Chill covered for at least 2 hours (overnight is best) before serving.
