Your mobile number links directly to your Food Town+ account. Entering it at the Savings+ Pad during checkout gives you instance access to available coupons and deals.

When checking out at the store, enter your number at the Savings+ Pad and it will alert you to any available coupons on scanned items. The system will also track your earned points, no app needed!
Food Town+ users earn a point for every dollar spent*! When you earn 100 points, you can redeem them for $1 off your next purchase — or allow points to continue building for even bigger rewards! Rewards automatically appear in the Rewards section of the Food Town+ app once you hit a threshold.
To redeem your reward, select the option when prompted at the Savings+ Pad during checkout. You can use your reward or continue building points for even bigger savings! Just don’t wait too long — rewards expire after 90 days.
To view your points balance in the app, tap the Savings+ icon at the bottom of the screen. Your point count will appear at the top, right beneath your selected store. To view your points balance online, tap the My Offers icon at the top of your screen. Your balance will appear just below your selected store.

Some items sold in-store are excluded from earning points. These include all alcohol, tobacco, pharmacy prescriptions, gift cards, sales tax and items purchased exclusively through Food Town Service Centers, such as money orders or lottery tickets.
Yes. Points expire every 90 days. For example, points earned in January will expire in April.

Select how you spend your points:
Redeem 100 points for $1 off your basket
Redeem 500 points for $5 off your basket
Redeem 1,000 points for $10 off your basket
If you have a reward available for use, a Rewards tab will appear when you enter your phone number at the Savings+ Pad during checkout. Click the reward when you want to redeem it, and it will be automatically applied to your transaction.
That’s what our Savings+ Pad is for! Any item scanned at the register that has an applicable coupon will display a prompt on the screen. You can clip the coupon right then!*
The Food Town+ app will also feature all available digital coupons and rewards if you prefer to shop and clip ahead.
*Please Note: Procter & Gamble coupons must be clipped prior to checkout. If you clip the coupon at the Savings+ Pad, the system will apply the coupon to your next purchase. Expiration dates apply. This is a Procter & Gamble requirement and is not unique to Food Town.

In the mobile app, click the “Profile” button at the bottom of your screen. Tap the pencil icon and then "Mobile," and input your number. Once added, tap the green check mark at the top of the screen.
Online, click here and enter your phone number to log in or create your account. Enter the verification code you received via text message or phone call (whichever option you chose.) Then, click the "More" icon with four boxes at the top of your screen and select "Profile." Select "Mobile," enter the 10-digit phone number you'd like to link to your account and click "Submit."

In the app, click the horizontal lines in the upper left-hand corner and select “My Profile,” then “Preferred Store.” Scroll to find your store, click "More Info +" and then "Make this location your primary store?" Confirm by clicking "Yes" when prompted.
Online, click the "More" icon with four boxes at the top of the screen and select “Store Info/Switch Primary Store.” Scroll to find your store, click "More Info +" and then "Make this location your primary store?" Confirm by clicking "Yes" when prompted.

This one's easy! Your password is the 10-digit phone number linked to your account. Anytime you need to log in, just enter that number and verify your account information through one of the two options listed (either via text message or phone call.)
