In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs, Italian seasoning, and all-purpose seasoning. Mix well with 2 tsp. olive oil or butter.
In another bowl, add potatoes and 2 teaspoons olive oil, season with seasoning of choice.
Arrange chicken thighs and potatoes on one side of a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Meanwhile place asparagus in a shallow dish and carefully mix with 2 tsp. olive oil and 1/2 tsp salt.
After chicken and potatoes have cooked for 12-15 minutes, remove the baking sheet from oven, add asparagus to the sheet pan, and place everything back in the oven.
Bake for another 12-14 minutes, until asparagus is still slightly crispy and internal chicken temperature is at least 165F (74C). Remove from the oven, drizzle asparagus with lemon and garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.
*Chicken Breast can be substituted for thighs (may have to adjust cooking time)
