Grilled Skirt Steak (Arrachera)

Ingredients
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of sea salt
3 tablespoons of Mazola® Corn Oil
1 teaspoon of oregano
Juice of 1 lime
1 chipotle
3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
¼ cup of ketchup
2½ pounds of skirt steak (arrachera)
Directions
In a molcajete or morter and pestle, place the sea salt, garlic, and Mazola® Corn Oil. Smash until it’s well blended.
Add the chipotle, oregano, ketchup, and lime juice and smash until the ingredients are all combined.
Spread the mix on the arrachera/skirt steak.
Add the cilantro and let it rest for a couple of hours.
Grill until the juice starts coming out of the beef and flip. (3 to 4 minutes per side)
Let rest for 10-15 minutes and serve
