Directions
1. Wash potatoes, pierce holes, and coat outside with Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, & Garlic Salt, and wrap in Foil. Cook on the grill or oven (425°) until fully baked, about one hour.
2. Cook Ground Beef with diced onion, diced tomatoes, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic salt.
3. Cook Chorizo. Once thoroughly cooked, add diced cilantro. Combine with Ground Beef.
4. Spilt open completely baked potatoes and top with Butter, Sour Cream, Ground Beef and Chorizo Mixture, Cheeses, and Green Onion.
