Food Town Pace Picante 4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Mexican Beef

  1. Place the beef and onion into a 6-quart slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.  Add the salsa and chipotle peppers and stir to coat.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours (or LOW for 6 1/2 to 8 1/2 hours) or until the beef is fork-tender. Using 2 forks, shred the beef in the cooker.  Serve the beef mixture over hot cooked rice or as a filling for tacos or burritos.

  • 1 large onion, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Chunky Salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauc

    (Serve with tortillas or over rice)
