Bacon Wrapped Asparagus with Parmesan

Prep: 10-15 min

Cook 25-30 min


  • 1 bundle asparagus spears
  • 2 Tbls. Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 7-9 bacon slices* (depending on number of spears)
  • ¼ cup Grated or Shredded Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Trim about 1″ to 2” off of your asparagus ends and then spread onto a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
  4. Take 3-4 asparagus spears and wrap with bacon and place seam side down onto baking sheet. (*use regular sliced, not thick sliced) Repeat with remaining asparagus.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until bacon is cooked. (you can turn halfway through cooking)
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan
