BBQ Pork Spare Ribs

  • 2-4 pounds Pork Spare Ribs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat grill to medium-low heat.
  2. Place ribs on grill. Cook for about 15 minutes, flip and cook another 15 minutes.
  3. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  4. Flip ribs back to original side, baste with sauce mixture and cook 15 minutes. Continue cooking, basting and flipping for another 45 minutes or until tender.
  5. Allow to cool and serve with additional Sweet Baby Ray’s.
