Black & Blueberry Smoothie

One Serving, 244 Calories


  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • ¾ Plain or Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • ¾ Cup Blueberries
  • ¾ Cup Blackberries


  1. Pour the milk into the blender. Add the yogurt and the banana and blend.
  2. Once the mix is well blended, add the berries and blend again.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.

Note: Frozen berries can be substituted but more milk may be needed to thin out the smoothie.
