Food Town Duncan Hines® Red Velvet Waffles

Ingredients

CREAM CHEESE GLAZE:

WAFFLES:

Directions

  1. GLAZE: Beat cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, milk and vanilla in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
  2. WAFFLES: Blend cake mix, milk, eggs, and oil in large bowl until moistened, 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Spray cold grids of waffle iron with cooking spray; preheat according to manufacturers’ instructions.
  3. Pour batter onto waffle iron according to manufacturers’ instructions and cook until steaming slows, about a minute. Remove waffle from waffle iron and keep warm. Repeat with all remaining batter.
  4. Drizzle each red velvet waffle with cream cheese glaze. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and top with Reddi-wip®!

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping
