  • 8 slices Canadian bacon, cooked
  • 8 eggs, poached
  • 1 package Knorr® Hollandaise sauce mix, prepared according to package directions.
Directions
  1. Top each muffin half with Canadian bacon, egg, then prepared Knorr® Hollandaise sauce mix.
