In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In another bowl, beat the eggs, eggnog, sugar, butter, and extracts; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Pour into three greased 5-3/4 x 3 x 2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 large eggs
1 cup Borden Classic Eggnog
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp rum extract
