Directions
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
Add the onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Warm the tortillas
Place a spoonful of rice, beans, and the cooked ground pork onto each tortilla. If desired, add diced avocado. Add shredded cheese and other favorite toppings.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
Serve the burritos with salsa and sour cream if desired.

Makes 4 Burritos
Ingredients
1 pound Ground Pork
1 tablespoon Oil
1 Onion, Diced
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
Salt And Pepper to Taste
4 Large Tortillas
1 cup Cooked Rice
1 cup Cooked Beans
1 cup Shredded Cheese
