Overnight French Toast Bake

Prep Time: 5 min, then refrigerate overnight
Cook Time: 45 min to 1 hour
Ingredients:
10 cups cubed dinner rolls or bread (approx 12 rolls)*
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
8 eggs
5 cup milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)
Directions
Cube rolls and place in a 9×13 pan lined with parchment paper. Add berries.
In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon with a whisk. Pour over bread mixture in pan.
Use your hands to make sure all the bread gets covered with the egg mixture.
Cover with saran wrap, press down gently to flatten and place in the fridge overnight.
When ready to bake, sprinkle top with brown sugar if desired to give a slightly crispy top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min and serve. Can sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
