Passion Fruit Smoothie

Time: 15 minutes


  • 2 passion fruit
  • 2 medium-size riped bananas, peeled and cut
  • 5 – 6 oz.0% or 2% fat Greek yogurt
  • 7 oz skim milk
  • 3½ oz fresh or frozen raspberries


  1. Halve the passion fruit, scoop the pulp into a blender
  2. Add the peeled bananas, yogurt and milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 tall glasses, then add the raspberries to the blender to purée. Spoon this on top of the glasses and swirl it in.

*Add a few ice cubes for a colder, thinner smoothie
