Savory Steak Butters

makes 1/3 cup

ROSEMARY BALSAMIC BUTTER

  • 1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped shallots

BLUE CHEESE BUTTER

  • 1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, softened
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients for desired flavor butter in bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed; refrigerate until firm.
  2. Serve with steak.

Store refrigerated in container with tight-fitting lid up to 2 weeks.
