Ingredients

• 4 frozen waffles
• 6–8 slices of deli ham
• 2 slices of Monterey Jack cheese
• Spicy Honey Drizzle:**
•  ½ cup honey
• 1 tablespoon Tajín Clásico seasoning

Directions

1. Make the Spicy Honey: In a small bowl, combine the honey and Tajín seasoning, stirring until well mixed. Set aside.
2. Toast the Waffles: Toast the waffles in a toaster or oven until they are golden brown and crispy.
3. Assemble the Sandwiches:

– Layer the deli ham and a portion of Monterey Jack cheese between two waffles.

– For extra melty cheese, warm the assembled sandwiches in a skillet or panini press until the cheese melts.

4. Finish with Flavor: Drizzle the warm sandwich generously with the spicy honey, or serve it on the side for dipping.

Optional Add-Ons: Add strawberry preserves on top of the cheese before drizzling with spicy honey. You can also sprinkle powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness.
