Food Town Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine the papaya, mangoes, and pineapple in a large bowl and add the juice from the pineapple.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
  3. Just before serving, add the bananas and garnish with fresh coconut.

Serve this salad in split fresh pineapple shells for wow your guests

  • 2 mangoes (peeled and diced 3/4-inch cubes, 2 1/2 cups)
  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • Pineapple juice (orange juice can also be used)
  • 2 bananas (large, peeled and diced 3/4-inch cubes, 2 cups)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated fresh coconut for garnish

Directions
