Louisiana Fish Fry Products Remoulade Sauce, to serve
Slice okra crosswise into ½-inch rounds. In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs with a fork to combine. For extra spice, add ¼ teaspoon Cajun Seasoning and mix well.
Add sliced okra to egg mixture, tossing to combine. Let okra sit for at least 5 minutes. In a large bowl, empty box of Air Fryer Chicken Seasoned Coating Mix.
Using a slotted spoon, remove okra from egg mixture allowing any excess to drip off, and then place okra into breading. Mix until okra is thoroughly coated.
Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Spray air fryer basket with canola oil. Using a slotted spoon, remove okra from breading, gently shaking off any excess, and add to fryer basket in a single layer. Spray okra well with canola oil.
Air fry for 10 minutes, opening half way through to shake okra and spray with more oil as needed.
Serve hot with remoulade sauce for dipping.
