Air Fried Sweet Potato Chips

- 1 large sweet potato, or yam
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Cut the sweet potato into ⅛-¼-inch (3- to 6-mm) slices. In a medium bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with the olive oil until well coated. Add the salt, pepper, and thyme and toss to coat.
- Working in batches, add the sweet potato chips to the air fryer in a single layer and “fry” for 14 minutes, until golden brown and lightly crispy.
