Ranch Bacon Mac & Cheese

Serves 6


  • 8 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni (about 2 cups)
  • 1 jar (14.5 ounces) Prego® Homestyle Alfredo Sauce
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 tablespoons ranch dressing (amount divided in recipe steps below)
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and finely crumbled
  • 1/2 cup panko


  1. Cook and drain the macaroni according to the package directions (leave the macaroni in the colander- you’ll be using the saucepan again). While the macaroni is cooking, heat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In the saucepan you used for the macaroni, heat the sauce, cheese, 1/4 cup dressing and cooked bacon over medium heat, until hot and the cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Spoon the macaroni mixture into an 8x8x2-inch baking dish.
  3. Stir the remaining 2 tablespoons dressing and the panko in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the elbow mixture.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the panko mixture is golden brown.
