salt & pepper to taste

Directions
Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
Add flour and seasoning and stir until no white remains.
Add half and half and tomatoes. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Taste and add salt or adjust seasonings as desired.
