Directions
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet until hot. Add in turkey, diced carrot, garlic, ginger, and onion. Season lightly with salt and pepper and cook through.
Once turkey has browned, add in frozen peas and cook 3-5 min more
Stir in soy sauce and chili flakes
Push the meat and veggies to the side of your pan, then pour eggs in and scramble. (add more oil if needed) Once scrambled, mix into meat and veggies.
Add sesame oil and cooked rice and stir everything until heated throughout.
Serve immediately and garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds, or green onions.

Ground Turkey Fried Rice

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp ground ginger
