Food Town Queso Fresco Chorizo Dog

Makes 8 Hot Dogs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook Chorizo in a pan or skillet on medium heat, breaking apart into crumbles, about 8 minutes.
  2. Grill hot dogs to your liking.
  3. Assemble the hot dogs by adding large spoonfuls of chorizo on top of each hot dog, top with onion, crumbled Queso Fresco and chopped cilantro.
