2 pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
72 RITZ Crackers
1 candy cane (6 inch), crushed
Instructions
Cover baking sheet with parchment. Mix melted chocolate and extract in medium bowl until blended.
Dip crackers, 1 at a time, halfway into chocolate mixture; carefully shake off excess chocolate. Place crackers in single layer on prepared baking sheet; sprinkle with crushed candy.
Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolate is firm.
