RITZ Chocolate-Dipped Mint Thins

You’ll need

  • 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 72 RITZ Crackers
  • 1 candy cane (6 inch), crushed


  1. Cover baking sheet with parchment. Mix melted chocolate and extract in medium bowl until blended.
  2. Dip crackers, 1 at a time, halfway into chocolate mixture; carefully shake off excess chocolate. Place crackers in single layer on prepared baking sheet; sprinkle with crushed candy.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolate is firm.
