2 Tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed from 1 1/2 small limes
1 medium to large Roma tomato, seeded and diced
1/3 cup white or red onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 1/2 serrano peppers, finely chopped (or use jalapenos for milder guac)
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste
ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Directions
Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scrape flesh out into a bowl. Smash with a potato masher or a fork. Squeeze lime juice directly over avocados.
Chop onion and add it to the bowl. Remove seeds of serrano, finely dice and add to avocados.
Cut the tomato in half and remove seeds. Dice and add them to avocado mixture.
Add pressed garlic and chop cilantro.
Season with dry cumin powder, freshly ground black pepper, salt and mix everything together.
Serve right away with tortilla chips (if desired, top with additional tomato and cilantro)

Creamy Spicy Guacamole

4 small or 2 large avocados
