Summer Sausage S’Mores

- 1 package JOHNSONVILLE® Original Summer Sausage, 1/4-inch slices
- Cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese, match slice diameter to sausage
- round snack crackers, match diameter to sausage
- course-ground mustard, to taste
- Place sausage slices on a hot grill. Grill until sausages start to curl into a cup shape; about three minutes.
- Flip sausage and place cheese on cupped side.
- Cover grill and allow cheese to melt.
- Meanwhile, spread cracker with mustard.
- Remove sausage cups from grill and sandwich them between crackers just before serving.
