Easy Tamachiladas

Time: 35-40 min

7-8 Servings


  • 1 dozen beef, pork, or chicken tamales( husks removed).
  • 2 cups Enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups Quesadilla Cheese or cheddar jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup Cotija Cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Line tamales in baking dish. Cover with enchilada sauce, top with cheese, cilantro, and green onion.
  3. Bake for 35-40 minutes until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Cotija cheese.
