The book donations came in BIG during our Turn the Page book drive, and Food Town can’t thank our friends and neighbors enough! Your loving generosity helped to bring in more than 45,000 books. (And, in case you’re curious, that means more than 7,500 Houston-area kids will now have new things to read at home!)
We are grateful to each and every person who brought book donations to our Houston-area groceries, and who donated during the KHOU telethon. Of course, we also have to send thanks out to our partners at KHOU, who helped make it all possible. Together, we’re helping to create bookworms all over Houston!
