Food Town Blueberry Mango Dump Cake

Prep: 5 min, Bake 30-35 min
Makes one 9×13 in cake

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Mix blueberries, mangos, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a sprayed 9×13-inch pan.
  3. Cover fruit mixture with dry cake mix. If using pecans, sprinkle over cake mix.
  4. Cut up the butter into cubes and add to the top of the dish. Make sure that the cube butter is evenly spread across the dish.
  5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until top is light brown.
  6. Serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream.

  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • *Optional: 3/4 cup chopped Pecans
