La Vaquita® Flautas

- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 10 corn tortillas
- 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
- Chopped lettuce
- 1 cup of La Vaquita® Crema Mexicana
- 1 cup of La Vaquita® Queso Fresco crumbled
- 2 tomatoes cut into small cubes
- Pre-heat the corn tortillas to soften them.
- Roll the shredded chicken into each corn tortilla and fry them in hot oil over medium heat. Turn them over while frying to obtain the desired consistency.
- Drain off excess oil on absorbent paper
- Add La Vaquita® Crema Mexicana, La Vaquita® Queso Fresco, lettuce and tomato to taste and serve immediately.
