Shrimp Mango Salad with Thai Dressing

Ingredients
1 lb cooked salad shrimp (thawed)
6 cups torn lettuce leaves* (lettuce should be bite-size pieces)
1 large mango, diced
1 small to medium avocado, diced
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
Creamy Thai dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Chamoy Mega Sauce or sweet chili sauce
juice of ½ a lime
Directions
For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, chamoy or sweet chili sauce, and lime juice and set aside.
Arrange lettuce in a large bowl.
Layer the salad with avocado, onions, mangoes and topped with the shrimp.
Drizzle with the dressing and toss before serving. If desired, top with 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
*Iceberg, romaine, butter lettuce, or a salad mix can be used.
