Food Town Shrimp Mango Salad with Thai Dressing

Ingredients

Creamy Thai dressing

Directions

  1. For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, chamoy or sweet chili sauce, and lime juice and set aside.
  2. Arrange lettuce in a large bowl.
  3. Layer the salad with avocado, onions, mangoes and topped with the shrimp.
  4. Drizzle with the dressing and toss before serving. If desired, top with 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

*Iceberg, romaine, butter lettuce, or a salad mix can be used.

  • 6 cups torn lettuce leaves* (lettuce should be bite-size pieces)
  • 1 large mango, diced
  • 1 small to medium avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Chamoy Mega Sauce or sweet chili sauce
  • juice of ½ a lime

Directions

  1. For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, chamoy or sweet chili sauce, and lime juice and set aside.
  2. Arrange lettuce in a large bowl.
  3. Layer the salad with avocado, onions, mangoes and topped with the shrimp.
  4. Drizzle with the dressing and toss before serving. If desired, top with 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
