Fillings of your choice: (Sweet: berries or other fruit, powdered sugar, jam, syrup, whipped cream) or (Savory: cheese, ham, bacon, sausage, etc.)
Instructions:
Mix the Hungry Jack pancake mix according to the package instructions with the recommended amount of water.
Grease and heat skillet, then pour the batter in. For the best browning, it’s best not to fill the pan with too much batter, but use the same amount as making a regular pancake.
Once the pancake batter is in the pan, let the bottom set for a couple of seconds, then grab a silicone spatula and start scrambling & breaking batter up, pushing it around and making pancake curds, just like how you would scramble eggs.
Continue to cook until golden and crispy, shaking the pan and flipping as needed.
Plate the scrambled pancakes and add your desired toppings, sweet or savory.
